Booking Policies

• If you are running late or need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 613-228-2888 as soon as possible.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be canceled.
• To ensure availability with your preferred technician, we highly recommend booking in advance.

Service & Refund Policies

• All services are non-refundable.
• You must schedule an appointment for a nail fix within 7 days of your original service. Refunds or credits are not provided if you change your mind about your service.
• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us during your appointment so we can make any necessary adjustments. Once you leave the salon, we assume you are satisfied with the service.
• We will charge for any repairs or replacements needed due to client-caused damage (e.g., chipping, lifting, or breaking due to lack of proper care).
• If you have any questions about nail care, please ask your technician for guidance.
• For lashes extension, If less than one-third of your original lash extensions remain, your appointment will be considered a full set, not a fill.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

• Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
• Anyone with a nail condition or health issue that we suspect may be contagious or could be worsened by our services.
• Clients with diabetes—please inform your technician so we can provide proper care. We do not perform cutting services on diabetic clients.
• Anyone exhibiting rude, mean, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other clients.
